Turnaround
- What is it?
- Turnaround is a training course which consists of 3 2–3 hour workshops delivered over 3 days either individually or in a small group. It is derived from NLP and Mindfulness and is designed to enable people to make significant shift in various areas of their lives. It also includes an individual coaching session before the course and after the course, as well as a course booklet.
- How long do the coaching sessions last?
- The coaching sessions last up to an hour.
- Who is it suitable for?
- Turnaround is suitable for people who want to make big changes in their life over a short space of time. Turnaround is a great choice for people who are ready to engage with, work with and learn how to change issues in their lives.
- What sort of changes do people make?
- People who sign up for this course often have emotional, physiological, psychological or even spiritual issues in their lives that they want to create shift with.
- How much does it cost?
- The two coaching sessions, course booklet and workshops cost £425.
Turnaround Plus
- What is Turnaround Plus?
- This includes all the above and an extra 2 hours individual coaching time which can be taken during the year following the training.
- Who would this suit?
- This suits people who want committed support to help them sustain their changes over a longer period of time.
- How much does Turnaround Plus cost?
- It costs £500.
Tools for the Journey
Tools for the journey is a series of 3 workshops over 3 full days where participants learn a range of NLP–derived tools, taught within the context of mindful awareness, that will enable them to leave with strategies to respond resourcefully to life situations ranging from the humdrum to the complex.

Breathing Space for Busy People
This innovative course is run with Megan Selby, a voice work practitioner. For either one or two days, it creates an opportunity for participants from all walks of life to come together in a safe, nurturing environment to be truly themselves, letting go into a deeper stillness within and making room to experience more effective ways of being in contexts both personal and professional. Using a combination of voice exploration, chanting, mindfulness and NLP participants will find a breathing space within and learn how to maintain a breathing space when they leave. No prior experience of voice work is required.
