Julia MacDonald

I offer compassionate therapy and training for people who want to make changes in their lives. I work in a variety of ways which include face–to–face, phone and Skype sessions, and run courses for both individuals and groups.

Clients have worked with me to create feelings of calm and confidence, take control of their lives, increase their energy and well–being, create happiness and stability, improve their performance…and many other things!

The approaches I use are based on:

The success my clients achieve might well be a result of using a combination of these approaches, although sometimes one particular approach is more suited to a particular client. Contact me to arrange a free 20 minute consultation to discuss which approach would be best for you.

I work with a diverse variety of individuals, including those with Asperger’s Syndrome and other learning disabilities.
